What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of large-scale, complex, high-profile technology projects within VA IT.
• Align diverse stakeholders—including executives, program sponsors, and delivery teams—around shared outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, integrated schedules, resource plans, budgets, and performance reports.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks while ensuring accountability to milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Prepare and deliver briefings to senior leadership and program sponsors.
• Champion collaboration and coordinate across cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery and maximize impact.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of program and project management experience.
• Direct experience managing Department of Veterans Affairs technology initiatives; VA program management background strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, including experience working with executive-level clients.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments and navigate organizational politics with professionalism.
• Strong track record of delivering results across multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
